One full-page screenshot scored across all 8 dimensions equals one audit. Re-running the same screenshot after you've edited the page counts as a new audit.
Do unused audits roll over?
Up to one month of unused audits rolls over on Growth and Agency. Starter audits reset each billing cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep the audits you've already paid for.
What's your refund policy?
If Pagelift doesn't help within 14 days, email us and we refund the last payment in full — no forms.
How is EU VAT handled?
Prices shown exclude VAT. EU VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing country; valid VAT numbers are reverse-charged.
